In the role of Live Agent, you work with support related to Fortnox financial services, such as invoice services, invoice purchasing, and collection services. You serve as a key contact point for both companies using Fortnox services and their customers, handling cases with varying levels of complexity.

You handle incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, with the phone being a central part of the role. The position involves guiding customers, answering questions about invoices and payments, and handling cases in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

Work is performed against set goals, both at the individual and team levels. You will become part of a team that collaborates closely with functions such as finance, credit, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Answer questions related to invoices, payments, and financial services
• Investigate and follow up on cases in internal systems
• Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer experience

This is a direct recruitment, meaning StudentConsulting manages the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time starting June 8th, with working hours during standard office times. The location is central Malmö.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have experience in service and thrive in a role with daily customer contact. You are confident in your communication and can adapt your approach to different situations.

You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and are accustomed to handling a high pace with multiple cases in parallel. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Additionally, a basic understanding of finance or accounting is considered an asset.

As a person, you are responsible, team-oriented, and have a clear customer focus. You thrive in a role with recurring tasks and a high volume of incoming cases.
